Artist Transforms a Single Room into a Series of Surreal Fantasy Worlds

Recent graduate of Hongik University from Korea, artist Jee Young Lee transforms her small studio space into a series of surreal fantasy worlds. These pictures are not Photoshopped but everything is built and created in the same small room.

The amazing pictures are inspired from her dreams, visions and childhood memories. It takes weeks, sometimes months to build each “set”. In each picture we see artist’s self-portraits. She never photographs herself on the front because the visible aspect of this amazing surreal photography can be seen only when we see her in the background.
